Unit Nurse Manager - SNF

Located in Newark, OH

Salary: $90K - 100K range; based on experience

Qualifications:

· Must have an Ohio RN license
· Must have 2+ years’ experience as a Unit Manager; ADON experience strongly preferred
· Must have long-term care experience
· Strong leadership/managerial skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities of the Interim Unit Managers:

Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
