QComp Technologies, a leading robotic systems integrator based in Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. With our headquarters in Greenville, WI, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge robotic packaging systems, material handling systems, and automation line integration to diverse industries including flat glass, solar, consumer products, food, pharmaceuticals, plastics, paper, and metals. As we continue to expand, we offer an exciting opportunity for an individual to play a pivotal role in driving our growth as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and capitalizing on robotic automation opportunities for our clients. Leveraging QComp's extensive portfolio of past successful solutions, you will be responsible for devising innovative concepts tailored to meet our customer's unique automation requirements. Your responsibilities will also involve gathering technical information, developing robust proposals, delivering compelling presentations to our clientele, and negotiating/closing new projects. QComp Technologies boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 37,500 square feet in Greenville, Wisconsin. Our dedicated team of engineers, programmers, and assemblers meticulously design, test, and stage the complete robot cell in our advanced, environmentally controlled shop. Actively prospecting and securing new business opportunities Nurturing and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Guiding clients toward strategic automation solutions for enhanced competitive advantage Collaborating with customers to identify solutions that enhance their work environment Conducting comprehensive site audits to identify potential robotic applications Negotiating with customers to achieve win-win outcomes Your qualifications and experience...
