Low Voltage Installer

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Outsource is seeking a Low Voltage Installer to join our team in Clinton, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience installing low voltage systems, including wireless access points, and who is ready to contribute to active job sites right away. The ideal candidate brings at least a year of relevant field experience and a strong attention to detail. Job Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling including Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber
• Mount and configure wireless access points according to project specifications
• Run cable through walls, ceilings, and conduit in commercial and residential settings
• Label and organize cabling to meet industry standards and project documentation requirements
• Troubleshoot connectivity and signal issues during and after installation
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete installations on schedule
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in low voltage installation
• Hands-on experience installing wireless access points
• Familiarity with structured cabling standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Clinton, Missouri

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and project requirements
• Weekly pay
