Legal Advisor

Description The Legal Advisor will be responsible for the drafting, review and facilitating the finalisation and approval of business contracts across business functions for the business unit, including analysing of bids and proposals and ensuring that the specifications of binding agreements with customers, vendors, and business partners (including service providers and concessionaires) are legal and comply with company policy in a manner which fully protects the Company’s legal and commercial interests, identifying and managing associated contract related risks and following relevant escalation channels.
