Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

100% office-based, outpatient primary care setting serving patients 18 and older
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with part-time and hybrid options available
Phone call averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
H1B cap-exempt organization - work authorization supported
Ambient AI integration to streamline clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden
EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and dedicated MA
Supportive mentorship and comprehensive orientation programs for all newly hired physicians
Continuous professional development through an award-winning Provider Leadership Development Institute and robust on-demand learning platform including CME and special courses
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
Paid CME time off plus CME budget with reimbursed professional licenses and dues
