Current Electric | Wauwatosa, WI | Full-Time

Your experience matters. Your next move should reflect that.

You’ve put in the time to learn the trade, solve problems, and do work you’re proud of. You deserve competitive pay, a crew that has your back, and opportunities to keep moving forward.

At Current Electric, you’re more than a number. We’re looking for experienced electricians who want to bring their skills to a team that values craftsmanship, supports its people, and invests in their future.

Whether your background is in residential installation and remodeling, commercial construction, or electrical service, let’s talk about where your experience and goals fit best.

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive pay that recognizes your experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases as your skills, contributions, and responsibilities grow.
• Flexible scheduling, including four 10-hour shifts for a four-day workweek, depending on your position and department.
• Room to advance, including opportunities to develop into Lead, Foreman, and Supervisor roles.
• More than one career path. Grow within residential, commercial, or service electrical work, or explore opportunities in other departments, including sales and selling technician roles, as openings become available.

• Continued learning, with training, tuition reimbursement, and apprenticeship opportunities for experienced electricians working toward their license.
• A chance to pass on what you know by mentoring apprentices and helping develop the next generation of electricians.
• Tools and support for your work, including a tool account and our Milwaukee Tool affiliation.
• Benefits for life outside work, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
• Extras you can enjoy, including access to a zoo pass, referral bonuses, and company events.

Compensation, schedules, and advancement opportunities vary by position and department. We’ll discuss those details with you during the hiring process.

• Electrical installation, remodeling, construction, service, and troubleshooting.
• Reading plans, laying out work, and completing projects safely and efficiently.
