The Account Representative plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and supporting sales throughout a standard, transactional sales cycle. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, and the ability to resolve problems effectively to ensure client satisfaction and seamless order processing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Support sales efforts through active account management and problem resolution
• Process orders accurately and timely
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist clients
• Use Salesforce and other sales tools for tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
