Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient services in a hospital setting. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with organizational standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care following established nursing standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Document patient information accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, including LNAs.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC EMR documentation.
• Hold active BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Be able to work charge shifts, with prior charge experience preferred.
• Own reliable transportation and include perm address in profile.
