Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Building Mechanical Problems.
- Perform Miscellaneous Repairs, Scheduled, And Preventative Maintenance On Equipment Ensuring Satisfactory Operations.
- Working Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Various Heating, Ventilating, And Air Conditioning Systems.
- Follow Established Safety Rules, Policies, And Procedures Of The Maintenance Department.
- Other Duties As Assigned By The Maintenance Director And Administrator.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
- Ability To Work Independently Or Part Of A Group.
- Computer Knowledge.
- Previous Long Term Care Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
