Position Overview As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for leading evening and weekday shifts at a McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurant. You will ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience while maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Plan each shift and monitor performance throughout. Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards and addresses fluctuations in service. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate shift status and pending needs to the next Shift Manager. Assist Departments in meeting their goals. Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years of age or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Benefits $16‑$18 per hour. Paid training.
