In this role, you will be crucial in expanding Probotalent's reach by designing tailored solutions that align our AI-driven hiring platform with the unique needs of our channel partners. You will bridge technical consulting and sales strategy, engaging partners to understand their business challenges and translating them into actionable solution designs. Your work will directly support scalable, long-term partnerships and drive partner-led revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with channel sales teams to identify client needs and recommend tailored solution configurations.
• Conduct discovery sessions with partners to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution presentations that clearly articulate value and technical fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Support partner enablement through training sessions focused on platform capabilities and positioning.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Provide consultative guidance during negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, including AI-driven hiring practices, to inform solution recommendations.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language.
• Experience engaging channel partners or external stakeholders to identify needs and develop solution strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking to assess partner performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments and comfort working across cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and a client-centered mindset for building long-term partner trust.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or technology-based solution selling is beneficial.
• At least two years of relevant experience in solution consulting, channel sales, or partner-facing roles.
• A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to real-world business challenges.
