$45-55/hr | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant for a contract role supporting a growing client. This position requires strong accounting expertise to manage month-end close, journal entries, and AP/AR while also documenting key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Document and refine accounting processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Support financial system transitions and software implementations.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of accounting experience , preferably in a high-growth or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems .
• Ability to streamline and document financial processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
