HVAC Sales Manager

Job description: A fast-growing HVAC business in Central New Jersey is seeking a driven and hands-on HVAC Sales Manager to take ownership of its sales function and fuel the next phase of growth. This is not a desk-bound role. Its a front-line leadership position for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals while building and leading a high-performing sales operation.As the HVAC Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and representing the business in the market.
