Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide online therapy services to clients throughout Indiana. This role is centered on direct client care, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, progress review, and clear clinical documentation.

In a typical day, you may meet with clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, low, grieving, adjusting to change, or working through past experiences. Your role is to help clients understand what they are facing, build healthier coping strategies, and continue making progress between sessions. The work is steady, professional, and focused on helping people receive accessible mental health care from wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients located in Indiana
• Conduct intake assessments and gather clinical history
• Identify client needs and develop individualized treatment goals
• Use appropriate counseling methods based on each client’s presentation
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns
• Complete clinical documentation within required timelines
• Track client progress and make updates to treatment plans as care continues
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and state telehealth rules

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
• Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services
• Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and sound judgment
