Job Description

Shape Complex Plumbing Builds from the Ground Up

Horizon is a national leader in multifamily plumbing construction, delivering large, vertically stacked apartments and hotel projects across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, and additional expanding markets.

By midday, you’re walking units and cores, verifying layouts from underground to top-out, checking sleeves, hangers, and vertical stacks against plans, and coordinating with local inspectors. You finish by updating schedules, logging daily/weekly reports, and queuing tomorrow’s work so production flows without surprises.

• Leading and sequencing multiple subcontractor crews to sustain productivity and hit schedule milestones.
• Ensuring installations align with Horizon standards, project specifications, and local codes.

• Track record managing 200+ unit (or equivalent) projects from underground layout through final trim.
• Ability to read and interpret multifamily plumbing plans and specifications.
• Clear leadership, crisp communication, and strong organization.
• Skill in juggling multiple priorities while holding deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience with Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station.
• OSHA 30.
