Project Manager/Estimator

Qualifications WTG Terrazzo & Tile, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager/Estimator. Applicants should be diligent, initiative‑taking, service oriented, organized individuals with strong communication skills. Applicants should also be willing to “get their hands dirty.” A brief overview of job duties below: Experienced in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Procore Preferred Technical training and/or commensurate experience in the construction field with an emphasis on flooring (tile, terrazzo, or stone). Initiative‑taking and organized individual requiring minimal supervision. Professionally aggressive in determining and acquiring new business opportunities for the company. Ability to multi‑task and willingness to do what it takes to “get the job done.” Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required. Excellent communication skills. Primary Duties Establishes and maintains close relationships with the construction industry, determining sales opportunities for the company, providing quotations on a timely basis. Plans and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that cost, schedule, and quality goals are achieved. Reviews project proposals or plan to determine staffing requirements, schedule, allocation of company resources, and procedures. Assists with directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within authorized budget. On an ongoing basis, confers with management & project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
