FeldCare Connects is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home healthcare for patients of all ages in Chico and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and control over your coverage, with the ability to determine patient load and travel. You will perform one-on-one treatment, observe patient responses, and update the plan of care. Our team provides administrative support and an intuitive EMR, with Cliniconnects enabling rapid #J-18808-Ljbffr
