Senior Employment Counsel - Space Industry Benefits

Blue Origin is seeking an attorney to join the Labor, Employment, Compensation & Benefits team within the Legal & Compliance department. You will provide in-house counsel on employment compliance issues, including workplace conduct, hiring, leaves, investigations, and employee relations across multiple states.
The role requires a J.D. with 8+ years of experience, strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws, and the ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
