Your responsibilities include utilizing our innovative platform and your network to discover new healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest, coordinating introductions between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth discussions, nurturing leads to keep them engaged throughout the hiring journey, maintaining precise and current records within our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on the meetings you set, the interviews that take place, and successful hires resulting from your referrals.
