Work Environment

Located in the heart of Culpeper, Virginia, our facility boasts a modern and welcoming atmosphere designed for optimal patient comfort and engagement. Our team operates onsite, allowing for direct collaboration with colleagues and constant interaction with patients throughout their treatment journey. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions to a diverse patient population, focusing on their unique goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Assess patient conditions and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities.
• Manage a manageable caseload while dedicating ample time for one-on-one patient care.
• Employ manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and non-invasive treatment options to enhance mobility and strength.
• Educate patients on the benefits of physical therapy and motivate them throughout their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient treatment and progress, utilizing EMR software to streamline processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a varied patient base, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. We focus on delivering care that not only addresses the physical limitations but also supports the holistic recovery of our clients, empowering them to lead healthier, more active lives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR software, ideally Web PT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful exercise and rehabilitation programs for diverse patient populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for patient engagement and motivation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
