Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers by processing inquiries, preparing quotations, managing orders, and developing strong customer relationships. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers and works closely with engineering, production, quality, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of aerospace connector products.
Knowledge of Electrical Connectors, Manufacturing or Aerospace Industry highly desired
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for aerospace connector products.
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and sales activity within the company's ERP and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with engineering and production regarding product availability, lead times, and technical requirements.
- Monitor open orders and communicate order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and aerospace customers.
JOB IS FULL TIME ONLY THROUGH DECEMBER - RE-EVALUATE POSITION IN DECEMBER
