Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, Florida is seeking a friendly and organized Automotive Receptionist to join our team in Orlando, FL. This full-time role (approximately 30 hours per week) is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience at our dealership. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service and maintenance.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing customer records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
