Why You’ll Love Working With Us $17–$20/hr. based on experience; $0.50/hr. increase after 90 days Differential pay for weekends & overnights Paid training, onboarding & orientation Flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, overnights) Mileage reimbursement between clients Ongoing skills training & support Referral bonuses A supportive team that listens, invests in you, and helps you grow What You’ll Do Provide non-medical care: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, safety support Assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and safe mobility (training provided) Engage with clients — doing tasks with them, not just for them Bring joy by participating...
