Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2160 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 2 years of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience Minimum of 2 years working in one location; and 2 years working as a traveler. Neuro assessment skills required. Telemetry competency and ability to interpret tele strips required.

Unit Details Private Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg unit admitting medical overflow patients. Patient population includes scheduled elective orthopedic and neuro/surgical patients, fractures, neuro patients, and medical overflow patients. Clinician-to-patient ratio: Day and Eve shifts are 1:4, may go up to 5. Night shift is 1:5 or 6.

Shift & Scheduling This role is a rotating shift. Every other weekend.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
