Responsibilities Create excellent experiences for every guest Perform high quality services – lashes, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading Educate guests Promote products and memberships Maintain a clean and sterile work environment Team player, pursuing continued growth in the art of lashing Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry Required Skills Prior eyelash extension experience Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills Well organized, detail oriented and artistic Reliable with a consistent work record Initiates self-learning Why Join Our Team? When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
