Test Lead - Special Testing (Networking & Servers)

$18 - $20 per hour

Job Description

Pay: $18–$20/hour | Full-Time

We are looking for a hands-on Test Lead to support specialized testing of servers, networking equipment, enterprise hardware, and custom-configured systems.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and perform specialized hardware testing and troubleshooting
Configure and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, Windows, BIOS/UEFI, RAID, and network interfaces
Develop and document testing procedures and SOPs
Build and maintain test environments
Train and support technicians
Work with Engineering and Operations to improve testing processes and quality
Troubleshoot complex hardware and networking issues

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and networking
Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, switching, and routing
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Enterprise hardware experience is a plus
CompTIA or Cisco certifications are a plus
