About the Opportunity

• $300/hour
• Occurrence-based medical malpractice coverage (no tail required)
• Work alongside a collaborative team of 50+ physicians and 90+ anesthetists within one of Florida’s premier health systems.
• Coverage opportunities span multiple Baptist Health hospitals and ASCs across Jacksonville , offering variety, flexibility, and strong clinical support.
• Baptist Health is consistently recognized among the Nation’s Top 100 Hospitals , Top 5 Hospitals in Florida , and the area’s Most Preferred Health System .
• Broad and diverse case mix across multiple ASCs and Baptist Hospitals
• Call is not required , but opportunities to take call are available for those interested.
• Work with a highly engaged, supportive USAP North Florida leadership team.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology (fellowship may be required depending on role).
• Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements
