Do you have experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment? We’re hiring Full-Time Client Account Managers to join our fast-growing agency serving medical and legal practices .

What You’ll Do

• Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact

• Lead client support and strategy calls

• Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables

• Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations

• Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams via Slack

• Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role

Compensation:

???? $50,000 – $65,000 USD/yearly (based on experience) + commission opportunities
