Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a Lab Intern to join our Anatomic Pathology team located in Seattle, WA. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm / 40hrs per week. Job Responsibilities Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision Support approved laboratory projects Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures Minimum Qualifications Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program Additional Job Standards Interest in laboratory science Interest in diagnostics industry Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision Maintain professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct Strong communication skills; both written and verbal About the Program Enterprise-wide learning experiences that introduce you to key business functions across Labcorp Leadership exposure and visibility, including direct interaction with senior leaders An immersive, in-person intern event designed to connect you with peers and deepen your understanding of our mission Senior leader speaker sessions offering insights into strategy, innovation, and career growth Continuous opportunities to connect and grow, from intern cohort communication channels and LinkedIn Learning resources to professional development sessions and storytelling opportunities that highlight your internship journey Connection to Labcorp’s inclusive culture through engagement with our employee resource groups (ERGs)and values-driven community initiatives Dedicated mentoring connections to guide your growth, provide career advice, and support your internship journey Internship Details Duration: 11 weeks, full-time Dates of Internship: June 1st – August 13th, 2027 Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply. Pay Range: $17.75-22/hr All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
