We are a luxury estate services company, auction house, and art gallery located in St. Louis. As our company grows and expands into a newly combined location this Fall, we are looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented professional to help manage operational flow, external communications, client coordination, and internal organization.

The Client Operations Manager will serve as a central operational and communication hub for the business. This role is responsible for significant client contact, creating analog and digital operational processes, coordinating teams, organizing workflows, and managing day-to-day logistics and operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stays calm under pressure, is highly organized, confident with technology, and naturally creates structure while keeping details from falling through the cracks. Most importantly, the ideal candidate must enjoy client interaction.

$28 - $32 hourly

• Create and maintain operational systems, workflows, and processes
• Track ongoing projects, client communications, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients, consignors, and internal team members
• Maintain organized records, notes, files, and operational documents
• Create and maintain CRM management and client tracking systems
• Support the retail store, auction, and art gallery with operational planning and implementation

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent initiative and problem-solving ability
• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, client services, office management, banking, hospitality, real estate, or similar environments preferred

Our company provides comprehensive estate services, including: personal property evaluations, appraisals of furniture, art, jewelry, and collections, consignments, estate sales, including online sales, live and online auctions, complete estate liquidation management, packing, moving, and clean-out services.

For almost 15 years, our Company has helped clients thoughtfully transition furniture, art, antiques, collections, and estates through multiple sales channels, including retail, auctions, online sales, and private sales. We are both a service-oriented and retail-oriented business, providing a dynamic and ever-changing opportunity for a results-driven individual to directly affect the trajectory and outcome of the company.
