Written Correspondence Client Representative, Associate

Responds to client requests by phone, email and written response. Completes transactions to resolve client needs. May elevate issues. Responsibilities Research and resolve complex client issues. Respond to client requests and complaints by phone, email, or written response. Investigate fund and account discrepancies and resolve general account issues. Follow standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions. Work with internal partners within the division to facilitate problem resolution. Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts. May identify and handle client complaints and respond in written form to clients. Develop basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one-year related work experience required. Experience in client services preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role‑specific duties.
