Senior Living Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse to oversee care services and provide leadership within our senior living community. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement care services that promote resident well-being and dignity.

• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are followed.

• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate services.

• Lead, mentor, and develop care staff; oversee training and scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Manage department budgets, records, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license (as required by state).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, or dementia care.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Familiarity with electronic care systems preferred.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and assisting with resident care, including lifting up to 75 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
