Physical TherapistPosterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are working with VES (Veteran Evaluation Services) to staff Physical Therapists to provide their services to veterans in our Rockville, MD headquarters. The Physical Therapist is expected to perform the following:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilitiesDevelop tailored treatment plans utilizing manual handling techniques, physiotherapy modalities, and evidence-based practicesLead patient rehabilitation sessions focused on restoring mobility, managing disabilities, and improving daily functioningCollaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient progressEducate patients and their families on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and rehabilitation regulationsMonitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches to optimize recovery outcomesManage rehabilitation services operations, including documentation, compliance with regulations, and quality assuranceRequirements:Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (candidates that are near completion of the degree requirements and will be eligible for licensure requirements will be considered).Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of MarylandMust maintain license in good standing.Must be CPR certifiedValid BLSAt least 3 years of relevant experience
