In joining our adaptable, integrity-driven team, you’ll become part of Frost’s over 150-year legacy of providing unparalleled banking services.Who you are:As an Employee Benefits Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers on a specified book of business. You will use your collaborative mindset to maintain and expand all assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts. What you’ll do:Assist Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers with preparing for upcoming renewals, with sufficient advance preparation, to ensure that client and carrier needs are metGather information needed for placement of new or renewal business, which includes requesting quotes from insurance carriers, partners, and vendor resources at the request of production and/or service teamPrepare proposal documents as appropriate to assist clients with their decision to purchase insurance productsRespond to client questions and problems. Escalate serious issues to a Producer, Account Executive, Account Manager, or other senior staff memberDocument and process all administrative requests for changes or services, including changes in coverage, eligibility processing, requests for cancellation, and other documents or actions in agency management systemResearch claims and billing inquiries for clients upon requestProvide support with accounts/clients assigned to other personnel when necessaryPrepare accounts for re-marketing prior to renewalAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Texas General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO or attainment of license within 6 months of employmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degreeInsurance professional designation such as CISR, ACSR, CRM, CICFrost Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
