Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team for Austin and San Antonio area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, specifically in areas such as personal injury, construction defect, and product liability. The candidate should be licensed in Texas and possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and will have a proven track record in civil litigation and legal writing. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to personal injury, construction defect, and product liability. Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and analysis. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and ensure that clients receive the highest quality service. Represent the interests of the client in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government. Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects. Manage client relationships and handle cases from initial consultation through resolution. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of Texas. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation, specifically personal injury, construction defect, and product liability. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
