Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Current SLP-CCC licensure required
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish/English is a high priority; other valued languages are Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, and Vietnamese
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in multicultural teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students across elementary to high school levels
• Complete screenings, evaluations, and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s goals
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for individualized plans
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to suit each student’s language and cultural background
