Our clinicians are supported by a highly coordinated multidisciplinary team that collaborates regularly to enhance service delivery. Weekly case review meetings and clinical team discussions ensure that insights and evolving practices are shared, promoting continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and needs evaluations for clients and their families through interviews, testing, and conversation sessions. Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized therapeutic treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Meticulously document patient records in compliance with facility standards and licensing regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date health information. Engage proactively in weekly clinical team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on best practices with colleagues. Deliver crisis counseling and, as necessary, conduct outreach services to local environments including schools and private homes. Lead specialized counseling groups or educational classes addressing issues such as adjustment to illness, pain management, parenting challenges, depression, and more. Participate in an ongoing review of cases, integrating feedback and adapting treatment approaches to improve patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily serves a diverse population that includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds, couples navigating relational challenges, and families dealing with complex emotional issues. The therapist will be instrumental in fostering dialogue that promotes healing and resilience in these groups, emphasizing a holistic approach that considers each family member's unique experiences and perspectives. Qualifications Possession of an active LMFT license in Washington State. A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a relevant behavioral science field. Certification in treatment modalities relevant to community health practices. Current CPR certification. Proficient in using electronic health record systems and maintaining precise documentation for efficient client management. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred; experience in medical social work is also favorably considered. Experience working with diverse populations, incorporating cultural competence into treatment strategies. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a robust benefits package.
