Become a member of a successful Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic located in rural Eastern Oregon, while working for a hospital. The clinic is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and friendly Orthopedist who enjoys working with a caring and supportive team of healthcare professionals and prioritizes work-life balance with a flexible schedule. You will be part of a team consisting of three full-time physicians and two full-time allied health professionals.

Opportunity

• Permanent full-time position
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Schedule: Four-10-hour days per week
• Call Ratio: 1:3
• Patients seen per day: 20+ per day
• Radiology in Clinic
• Electronic Health Record: EPIC
• Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification preferred, ACLS

Compensation and Benefits:

• Industry-leading total compensation opportunity ($810k+) including f ull benefits
• RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold.
