Asphalt Worker - Grading/Paving/Sealcoat/CDL Driver

Merit Asphalt, located in Southeastern Wisconsin, is actively recruiting skilled professionals for the 2026 season. We are now offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for experienced production new hires!

Seasonal Positions (April-December):

CDL Drivers for our Grading, Paving, & Sealcoat divisions.
Class A or B
Auto/Manual

Starting Wages:

$25/hour for entry-level CDL production positions. Up to $40/hour with CDL experience.
