Associate Product Manager

Abbott seeks an Associate Product Manager for its Cancer Diagnostics Division in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves defining product solutions aligned with customer needs, supporting low-complexity projects, and developing requirements through cross-functional collaboration and discovery activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams
• Collect requirements and capture business needs for low-complexity product areas
• Participate in design reviews and walk-throughs to validate proposed solutions
• Draft user stories, requirements analysis, and functional specifications with oversight
• Support user acceptance testing and provide regular project status communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work in cross-cultural, matrixed environments and build consensus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Agile development teams (preferred)
• Background in life science, healthcare, or digital health (preferred)

Compensation: $50,700–$101,300 base
