Field Service RepresentativeJoin Veolia as a Field Service Representative (FSR) in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division and advance your career in hands-on technical service and sustainability!Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.Duties & Responsibilities:Technical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locationsWater Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc., and enter data into Veolia's trending platform (Insight)Customer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teamsSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, manage inventory, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service deliveryQualifications:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and customer service skillsComputer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysisStrong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesSafety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environmentsAbility to lift 30-50 pounds and perform precision workWhat Success Looks Like:Consistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectationsSuccessfully complete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on timeBuild strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional serviceMaintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environmentsContribute to territory growth through technical excellence and customer satisfactionDemonstrate continuous learning and adaptation to new technologiesEducation & Experience:Required:High school diploma or GED2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical trainingA valid Driver's License (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)Willingness to travelPreferred:Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplineFamiliarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipmentReady to make a difference in water treatment technology while advancing your technical career?
