As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Clearfield, UT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, observe site activity, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support compliance with location protocols common to aerospace and defense environments.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, alarms, hazards, and/or operational issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
