Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 18 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare.

Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Special Requests:
All time off must be submitted upfront.

Floating Requirements:
Travelers will handle ED border patients within their specialty. If there are no patients, they will float between Emory Decatur and Emory Hillandale as needed; main need is at Decatur and floating is within specialty. xhyhwjd They will know before their shift where they will be working.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
