The Clinical Lead Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
