Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient waste management and general warehouse upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: 20.00

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm, 3pm – 11:30pm, 11pm – 7:30am

What's the Job?

• Transport trash, waste, and debris from the warehouse to the trash compactor or container
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, holding a valid forklift certification
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness by sweeping docks and maintaining organized workspaces
• Support team members with additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Report to the supervisor, Carlos, with backup support from Ejiri

What's Needed?

• Valid forklift certification (training will be provided if needed)
• Ability to work in a physically active environment and lift heavy objects
• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
