Role Description This Entry-Level Sales Representative position is a part-time, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the representative will demonstrate CUTCO® products to prospective customers, both in person and through virtual appointments, focusing on consultative, needs-based selling. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, answering customer questions, handling basic objections, and completing orders accurately. The representative will also follow up with existing customers, maintain contact records, and manage a personal schedule to balance appointments with training sessions. Regular participation in team meetings, skills workshops, and performance reviews will help build sales, communication, and customer service capabilities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Basic sales and customer service skills, or a demonstrated interest in learning consultative selling, handling questions, and providing friendly support. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and balance work with academic or other commitments. Comfort with technology for virtual appointments, including video conferencing tools, email, and basic data entry. Self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to accept coaching and feedback. No prior sales experience required; entry-level candidates, students, and individuals seeking flexible part-time work are encouraged to apply.
