We're looking for a licensed pharmacist to lead our retail pharmacy team, providing exceptional care to our patients and driving business success. What We Offer:

Your Role:

Prepare and dispense pharmaceuticals to patients

Lead a team of pharmacy technicians and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations

Review and execute prescriptions, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling

Manage pharmacy technician schedules and performance

What We Need:

PharmD degree and current PA/IL pharmacy license

3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to utilize Patient Management System

Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and perform manual tasks

Work Details:

Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri), closed weekends and major holidays

Lunch break: 12:30-1:00 PM

Pharmacy opening date: 4/10/2026

Target offer date: no later than 3/16/2026
