Tax Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Help compute tax provision for US GAAP and statutory accounting purposes. Determine accounting treatment under ASC 740 and document analysis. Review, monitor, and report ASC 740 uncertain tax positions. Participate in tax process optimization, develop and implement procedural changes or processes to improve the tax function and meet SOX certification. Prepare tax models and assist with other tax projects on an as‑needed basis. Use OneSource and other tax‑provision tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Five or more years of tax and accounting experience. Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740. Experience with OneSource tax‑provision software is preferred. CPA certification preferred; MST a plus (not required). Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with BNA and Checkpoint tax research software is preferred. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines without breaking a sweat. Detail-oriented with a commitment to preparing meticulously accurate work. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and sees challenges as opportunities for growth.
