The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to help shape the future of our marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at high-level strategic thinking, marketing execution, and guiding both internal teams and clients toward measurable success.

 

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will play a key leadership role in improving and expanding our digital marketing strategies for clients while also overseeing Company 119’s internal marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales, client teams, and leadership to position Company 119 as a market leader, drive lead generation efforts, and help mentor Client Advisors as they develop deeper strategic expertise with their accounts.

 

Additionally, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for select clients, serving as their Client Advisor and ensuring their unique needs are met through data-driven marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead on:

• Client Advisory & Account Management – Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients, developing and implementing customized digital marketing strategies to meet their goals.
• Marketing Strategy Development – Enhancing and refining our marketing service offerings to provide high-impact strategies for current and future clients.
• Internal Marketing Leadership – Assist Company 119’s internal marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
• Support for Sales Team - Working closely with the sales team to strategically position Company 119 in our target market and develop compelling marketing initiatives for potential clients, focusing on strengthening sales efforts.
• Performance Tracking & Strategy Optimization – Assisting in the creation of a data-driven system to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• A knowledge of the manufacturing and/or commercial contractor industry and how to market and sell via B2B methods.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple industries.
• Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, website design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple clients and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to lead and conduct strategy and discovery workshops with clients independently or as part of a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present strategies and insights directly to clients.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive measurable results.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a marketing environment.
• A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude—Run Toward Fire™ mindset required!

In-Office Role

This is not a remote position. The Senior Marketing Strategist will work on-site at our headquarters and collaborate closely with our leadership team, sales department, and marketing specialists. We can provide some hybrid schedules for employees coming from a far distance.
