Cancellation Policy: Long-Term Assignment Cancellation. For long-term assignments, Triage may only cancel or reduce the hours of an Assignment without penalty if Triage provides written notice of such cancellation or reduction at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any such cancellation or reduction. Upon receipt of such notification, Subcontractor shall either agree to any proposed reduction in service or shall elect to terminate the Assignment at the end of the 14-day notice period without penalty to Subcontractor. In the event that less than fourteen (14) days' notice of cancellation or reduction is given, upon payment from Customer, Triage shall pay, as a cancellation fee, an amount equal to the cumulative Guaranteed Hours for the Professional in fourteen (14) working calendar days times the agreed upon hourly billable rate for such Professional ("Customer Cancellation Fee"). Upon payment from Customer, Triage shall also be responsible for payment of all other actual fees and charges that may result from cancellation or reduction of an Assignment, including but not limited to lost rents, security deposits, and travel expenses of the Professional ("Costs"), and for all hours actually worked by Professional during the Assignment prior to the effective date of such cancellation or reduction. For long-term assignments, Subcontractor may only cancel or reduce the hours of an Assignment without penalty if Subcontractor provides written notice of such cancellation or reduction at least fourteen (14) days in advance of any such cancellation or reduction. Upon receipt of such notification, Triage shall either agree to any proposed reduction in service or shall elect to terminate the Assignment at the end of the 14-day notice period without penalty to Customer or Triage. In the event that Subcontractor provides less than fourteen (14) days' notice of cancellation or reduction, Subcontractor shall pay, as a cancellation fee, an amount equal to the cumulative Guaranteed Hours for the Professional in fourteen (14) working calendar days times the agreed upon hourly billable rate for such Professional ("Subcontractor Cancellation Fee").
